Tartuffe
Tartuffe, written by Molière in 1664 is a satirical comedy which follows head of the household Orgon who has come under the spell of charlatan Tartuffe who in the guise of a humble holy man swindles Orgon and his family out of their wealth and reputation. Initially banned by sensors for its portrayal of religious hypocrisy, it continues to be relevant centuries later.
